Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products purchased directly from the SavoxUSA.com website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your item from another authorized dealer, you must work directly with them for non-defective returns or exchanges.

Warranty Information

While Savox strives to deliver the highest quality product, sometimes things go wrong. That's why we offer a 1 1/2-year (18 month) warranty* on products purchased new through a Savox USA Authorized Dealer. If for some reason you feel you have a warranty situation but have questions, please contact us at customerservice@savoxusa.com, open a chat, or call us at 855-767-2869, and we will be happy to assist you. If you're certain your product is covered by warranty, you may start the RMA process by reading the instructions below. 

*The fine print: Warranty does not cover issues due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Impact related damage is not covered under warranty. Please be careful when installing and/or removing your servos to prevent wire lead damage. Broken cases are not covered. Stripped/broken gear sets are covered for 90 days from purchase (receipt is required). A replacement gear set will be provided once per servo within the first 90 days. 

To qualify for the 18 month warranty, you will be required to show proof of purchase** If you do not have your receipt, we will honor the warranty for 1 year past the manufacture date (In place of your receipt, attach a photo of the six-digit code etched on the servo case opposite of the wire).

Repair service for non warranty issues is not available at this time.   

Steps to process warranty return

  1. Start the RMA process by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. You will be asked to attach a copy of your receipt or a photo of the date code on the servo, and the form will not go through without an attachment. Please describe the issue that you are having in detail. The more you can tell us, the better we can help you. 
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email outlining the steps to return your item. You are responsible for shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive your shipment, we will process the request and update the RMA portal accordingly.
  4. If your product is deemed to be covered under warranty, a new unit will be promptly returned to you. Savox USA will cover the cost to ship your replacement item to you. If denied, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

**Emailed receipts from online purchases are acceptable. Name of store, date of purchase and SKU of the servo are required on the receipt, and must be legible. We will not accept returned merchandise without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping charges if you wish to have your unauthorized return sent back to you.

Please allow 10-15 days for processing your return, including shipping transit days. RMA requests may take longer to Canada, Mexico and other countries. 

We process RMA requests for Savox products that were purchased through authorized dealers in North America and through SavoxUSA.com. Warranty requests purchased through unauthorized dealers will be denied.
