PRODUCT RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Returns / Exchanges - Purchases made directly from the SavoxUSA.com website may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase, however the product must be unopened from its original packaging. Once the factory seal has been broken, a servo cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Information Servos - We strive to deliver a high quality product and work continuously to make every product free from defects. We offer a one-year manufacturers warranty on all our servos purchased through a Savox USA Authorized Dealer. If for some reason you feel you have a warranty situation, please contact our warranty department HERE and we will be happy to assist you . Start the RMA process HERE. Please include a detailed description of the problem you are having and we will promptly return your email.
Warranty Information Outrunner Brushless Motors - Brushless motors are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. **Bearings are not covered under the warranty, nor is any subsequent damage caused to the motor by bearing failure. Bearings are considered to be a normal wear and tear item, and should be maintained and changed periodically. The warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, or impact related damage. Any unit which has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized person/party will not be covered under the warranty. You can also get started on the RMA process HERE. **Warranty does not cover issues due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Impact related damage is not covered under warranty. Any modifications such as welding of wires also voids warranty. Stripped gear sets are not covered by warranty however servos may be sent into SavoxUSA for repair (all costs incurred will be covered by customer including retail price for gear sets, shipping, and nominal fees for time and labor). ***Please Note **** If we approve your warranty return request, a copy of your sales receipt is required to process the return. We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the sales receipt. Email receipt from online purchases are OK. Point of Purchase, Date of purchase and SKU of the servo are required on the receipt and must be legible. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

Steps to process warranty return
1. Start RMA process here by submitting product information.

2. Once approved, you will receive an email outlining the steps to create an RMA number on the HRP Distributing RMA portal.

3. Once we receive the shipment, we will process the request and update the RMA portal accordingly.

4. If a servo (motor) is deemed to be under warranty, a new unit will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

We will not accept any product warranties without an RMA number.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing an RMA request, including shipping transit days. RMA requests may take longer to Canada, Mexico and other countries. Please describe the issue that you are having with servo or motor on the RMA request. Upon receipt, our warranty service team will assess the issue and determine if the manufacturers warranty covers the issue.

We process RMA requests for Savox Servos and Motors that were purchased through Authorized Dealers in North America and through SavoxUSA.com. A copy of your sales receipt must accompany the RMA Form upon submission. Email receipt from online purchases are OK. Point of Purchase, Date of purchase and SKU of the servo are required on the receipt and must be legible. Warranty requests purchased through unauthorized dealers will be declined.
