Fast, but better have a good BEC March 3, 2013

I bought this to replace my low profile Savox servo with something quicker. This is certainly quicker, but seems do draw more current. You may want to make sure your speed control BEC puts out at least 3 amps. With a 2 amp BEC speed control, it can sometimes "brown out" your system under extreme steering correction and additional glitch busters do not help. Other than that, where else can you get this much performance for the price. I have been using Savox for a couple years now and they are stone reliable. Some people do not like the fact they are noisy, but that is just the nature of the beast.
